bob-puppies.eu is based in Slovenia and operates in accordance with Slovenian and EU laws.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post adverts on the Site.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Slovenia, the EU, and in your country of residence (if different).

3. Services Description

Dog Classifieds: bob-puppies.eu allows users to post and view adverts (“Ads”) for dogs of FCI (Fédération Cynologique Internationale) verified breeds.

Review Process: Each Ad undergoes a review process to ensure compliance with the Site’s requirements (including FCI breed verification). We reserve the right to approve or reject any Ad at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Advertising: The Site displays advertisements from third-party advertisers. For details, see Section 7 (Third-Party Ads).

4. User Accounts

Registration: Some features require registering an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep this information updated.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate applicable laws.

5. Posting Adverts

Content Requirements: Only dogs from FCI-verified breeds may be advertised. All information in your Ads must be accurate, complete, and lawful.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to post or transmit any content that:

• Violates any law or regulation, including local animal welfare regulations.
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful.
• Infringes on any intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful software.

Removal of Ads: We reserve the right to remove or modify Ads that violate these Terms or for any other valid reason at our sole discretion.

Intermediary Status: bob-puppies.eu is a platform for user-generated Ads. Under the EU E-commerce Directive (2000/31/EC), we act as an intermediary and are not liable for user-posted content unless we have actual knowledge of its illegal nature.

6. Fees and Payment

Listing Fees: We may charge fees for posting Ads or for premium features. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase.

Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. If your Ad is removed due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): Under EU law, you may have the right to withdraw from a paid service contract within 14 days unless you have requested immediate performance of the service and it has been fully provided.

7. Third-Party Advertisements

Ads on the Site: Our Site may display third-party advertisements. We do not endorse or guarantee any content, products, or services advertised by these third parties.

Interactions with Advertisers: Any correspondence, business dealings, or participation in promotions of these third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Disclaimer of Liability: We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your interactions with third-party advertisers.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Site Content: All content on the Site (except user-generated Ads) such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to bob-puppies.eu and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content: By posting Ads or other content, you grant bob-puppies.eu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the operation and promotion of the Services.

Infringement: If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Site, please notify us at support@bob-puppies.eu, providing sufficient detail for us to investigate.

9. EU Consumer Rights and Online Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Consumer Protections: If you are a consumer in the EU, you have certain rights under local consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms is meant to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers can file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform athttps://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform can be used for resolving disputes out of court.

10. Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any user-generated Ads.

Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permissible by law, bob-puppies.eu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer, the above limitations do not override any mandatory rights you have under Slovenian law or the law of your Member State of residence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bob-puppies.eu, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your user-generated content, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Jurisdiction: If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts in Slovenia or in the EU Member State where you reside.

Non-Consumer Disputes: If you are not a consumer, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after any changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bob-puppies.eu regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
